Where It Started
I built ENARU — a handcrafted skincare brand using traditional Mongolian remedies. The products were beautiful. The business nearly broke me. I was doing everything — production, sales, admin, marketing, follow-up — completely alone. There was no system. Just me running in circles every day.
The Moment Everything Changed
When I discovered that automation could handle most of what was consuming my days, I felt two things — relieved and angry. Relieved because there was a solution. Angry because nobody had shown me earlier. I closed ENARU and dedicated myself to building the operational infrastructure that Mongolian businesses desperately need.
